5. Transaction Fees
5.1 Subscription Model
- Service Providers may subscribe to premium plans ("Subscriptions") to access enhanced features on the Platform, such as increased visibility, advanced analytics, or priority support.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless cancelled by the Service Provider.
- By subscribing, you authorize ServInn to charge your payment method automatically for the applicable fees.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law or at ServInn's sole discretion.
5.2 Token Purchasing Model
- Service Providers may purchase tokens ("Credits") to use for featured posts or other promotional features on the Platform.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Credits expire after 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
ServInn reserves the right to modify the price, features, or availability of Credits at any time.
5.3 Platform Fees
ServInn may charge fees for Subscriptions or Credits, as clearly disclosed before purchase.
5.4 Refunds
Subscriptions and Credits are non-refundable, except as required by law or at ServInn's sole discretion.ServInn reserves the right to amend any Transaction Fees. We will notify you of the changes by email or posting on our Services. Your continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated rates and/or fees.

6. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: You retain ownership of the Content you post on ServInn. By posting Content, you grant ServInn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Content for Platform operations.ServInn's Content: All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by ServInn.

ACCOUNT DELETION
We understand that you may wish to delete your account and ensure your data privacy. To proceed with the deletion of your account, please follow the steps below:Steps to Delete Your Account:
1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the Side Menu (from top-left corner).
3. Select Resources from the menu options.
4. Tap on Help Centre.
5. Select Close Your Account.
6. Tap Confirm to permanently delete your account.


Data Retention
Personal information such as your name, email address, and any other details provided during registration.
Any content or data associated with your account within the app.


Retention Period
We do not retain any data after your account deletion request has been processed.


Confirmation
